Clint Jordan Hall


Clint Jordan Hall, 29, of 353 E. Floyd Baker Blvd, Gaffney, passed away Monday November 22nd, in Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. He was a son of Clint Hall and Tammy Williamson.

In addition to his parents he leaves to cherish loving memories: Dustin Smith; grandfather, Kenneth Hall; grandmother, Helen Lowe; brothers, Matthew and Luke Hall; sister, Hannah Hall; uncle Kenneth Hall, Jr., all of Gaffney, SC, other relatives and friends.

A balloon release ceremony will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the home.

Clarence Davidson

Clarence Davidson, 99, of Gaffney, passed away Monday, November 29th, in the Peachtree Centre.

Husband of Thelma Jefferies Davidson, he was born in Gaffney and was a son of the late Albert and Mary Littlejohn Davidson.

Clarence was a retired restaurant employee and worked at several area fast food establishments. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Nathaniel Littlejohn, Ben Davidson, Robert “R.B.” Davidson, and Albert Davidson, Jr.

Left to cherish loving memories are: his wife, Thelma; his children, Sharon Jamison (John), Alice Jefferies, Rose Marie Woods, Preston Jefferies (Detra), Adam “Clay” Jefferies, Darrell Williams, and Billy Williams; in-laws, Doris Watson, Belva Studyvance (Neal), Jack Jefferies, and Jake Jefferies; six grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Eloise Garrett Tate

Mrs. Eloise Garrett Tate, 83, of Thomasville, NC, passed away Wednesday, November 24th, in Thomasville Medical Center.

She was born in Gaffney, SC and was a daughter of the late Samuel and Ella Smith Garrett.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 30, in Mt. Tabor Baptist Church with The Reverend Darrell Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The Family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m., in the church.
