Ricky Dean Lockhart, age 67, of 1109 Alma Street, Apt -A, Durham, NC, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, in Duke University Hospital. He was the son of the late Isaac and Thelma Phelps Lockhart.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 12:00 noon, in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel.

Alma Dover, age 88, of 510 Thompson St., Gaffney, passed away Sunday, May 11th, in Brookview Healthcare Center.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., in Indian Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Williamson and Reverend Dr. Michael A. Bridges. She will lie in state at the church an hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in Gaffney Memorial Park.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her niece, Sonya Wicks, 205 W. Rutledge Ave., Gaffney, SC.

Ella M. Colston, age 65, of 510 Thompson St., Gaffney, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Blue Ridge in Brookview House- Gaffney.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 10th, at 2:00 p.m. in Piney Grove Baptist Church in Cowpens, SC with The Reverend Derrick Wood presiding and The Reverend Dennis Rector officiating . Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her sister, Brenda Davis starting on Thursday, May 8th, from 3 to 7 p.m. until the day of the service at – 205 Hampton Ave., Gaffney.
