Reverend Arthur Jay Smith, age 90, of 338 West College Ave B1, Shelby, NC, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in Atrium Health- Cleveland Pines Nursing Center- Shelby, NC.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 13th, 1:00 p.m., in Suck Creek Baptist Church with The Reverend Tony Macomson. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., in The Gilmore Mortuary.

Lucy Mae Camp, of 2308 Mason Street, Shelby, NC, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in Atrium Health CMC- Charlotte, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Alice Littlejohn officiating.
